Description
What is “happiness” and why is it difficult to sustain? What things or circumstances have brought you happiness? There is more to understanding “happiness” and its causes than you might imagine. We will address these and other questions and dig deeper into “happiness.” After reviewing key beliefs and “theories” of happiness, we will discuss details and the role of “subjective well-being.” You should come away from this class with better ways for experiencing peace of mind and satisfaction in life as we grow in years. The class will include discussion, feedback and shared experiences. Note: Class has been extended 30 minutes and will run 1-3 pm.
