Description
Participants will review and practice the forms presented in Tai Chi for Arthritis Levels 1 & 2. We’ll explore the history of Tai Chi and learn the principles behind this ancient martial art. We’ll enhance our skills and knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits for the mind, body and spirit as well as apply the Tai Chi movements to everyday life applications. Lastly, we’ll introduce Qigong, a Chinese system of poses and breathing patterns to enhance their Tai Chi practice. Prerequisite: completion of Tai Chi Levels 1 & 2.
