Come and work your brain and improve your balance! Research has shown that the brain and body must work together to achieve optimal functioning, improved focus, concentration and memory. Enjoy some simple, fun, easy and effective movements that help activate the brain and the entire nervous system for optimal performance. In addition, this course offers balance exercises designed to help prevent falls and fun activities to assist in greater eye-hand coordination. We will work to release stress and tension in your neck, shoulders and eyes which effects hearing and vision. Note: Please bring water and wear comfortable footwear.
