Description
Cardio-Drumming is a popular fitness activity that combines music and drumming to stay fit and have fun. Using drumsticks and a chair you will enjoy beating, dancing and laughing through a combination of easy to follow steps while drumming to the beat of the music. Chairs and drumsticks will be provided. Class can be done standing or seated. After you’re introduced to the workout Tammy will show you optional equipment to bring to possibly make your experience more enjoyable.
