Life is less about what happens to us, and more about how we choose to respond to it. Cultivating an attitude of gratitude helps us to sharpen our senses to both large & small positive things that come our way. In this interactive class, we will share “sightings” of good things that have happened to us, begin keeping a daily “Book of Blessings” and explore doing random acts of kindness. Each person will create a collage in class as a visual reminder of that person’s blessings. Developing a grateful mindset will help us to appreciate what we have to be thankful for – every day.
