Description

While breathing is both unconscious and involuntary, you can control and temporarily adjust your breathing patterns to benefit your current state and environment. In the first session we will review key characteristics of the breathing process and introduce and practice the Maintenance, Relaxation and Endurance breaths. Using our breath, we will also calm our mind and center ourselves in the present moment. Those returning from previous classes will benefit from the review and the repeated practice. In the second session, through additional practice, you may experience better results and you will also learn several new helpful breathing patterns.
