As we age and go through the winter months, your breathing can be sometimes challenged as you move back and forth between the cold and wet outdoors and the warm and dry indoors. While breathing is both unconscious and involuntary you can control and temporarily adjust your breathing patterns to suit your condition and your environment. In this one-hour session you will learn, practice and know how to use the Maintenance breath, the Full-body breath, the Relaxing breath, the Sighing breath, the Controlled Pause breath and the Endurance breath.
