Join us for a relaxing hour of music and mindfulness as we welcome the new season together. The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and renewal—an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and refresh the mind and body. This gentle session blends live and curated music, guided mindfulness practices, and deep relaxation to help release stress and slow down. No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, ready to rest and listen to the music. Chairs will be provided and you will be given the option to sit or lay down. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you’d prefer to lay down. Feel free to bring pillows for added comfort.
