Description
This course will be prefaced by a brief explanation of the guidelines for holding a public civil dialogue. The course itself will provide a general overview of the U.S. Constitution, including historical background, features and functions of its different parts, federalism, and special attention to the Bill of Rights. At the end of the first session, participants will be provided a list of questions and quotes for discussion, as well as observations and comments on the Constitution, which will be discussed during the second session. Note: this class will be held at the Nottingham located at 1301 Nottingham Rd., Jamesville.
