Description

In these busy and disruptive times meditating periodically is known to quiet the body, focus the mind and promote feelings of tranquility. We will practice several short guided meditations white sitting comfortably in a chair. This will also include a reflective meditation in which a particular theme will be the focus. This session’s focus will be body. Meditation may also reduce stress, enhance sleep quality, and support physical health. You may enroll in one or more of these individual meditation classes.
