The practice is sequenced so that you move from one posture to the next in a mindful, intelligent and safe manner. Modifications are always offered. Breathing techniques and a relaxation piece at the end, further calm & revitalize the body, mind and spirit. Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga sticky mat.
