Description
Join us for an hour of self-care and restoration through music-assisted relaxation. Live piano and vocal music as well as intentionally chosen recorded music is used to support a variety of relaxation exercises including mindfulness, deep breathing, meditation, and guided imagery. No prior music knowledge or experience is necessary to participate. Music assisted relaxation can help to decrease stress, build resilience, and improve clarity and focus. Note: You will be given the option to sit or lay down. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket if you’d prefer to lay down. Feel free to bring pillows for added comfort.
