Join The Curd Nerd in sampling a variety of cheeses from Ireland! We’ll learn about dairy production and the awesome artisan cheesemakers in Ireland, while exploring the history of Irish dairy and cheese. We will try an array of cheeses and discuss all of the intricacies behind them including pairing suggestions, cheesemaker history, and the style of the cheese. Class includes cheese samples and pairings as well as education.
