Come learn the magical art of origami–the alchemy of turning a flat sheet of paper into a 3-D work of art! No skills needed beyond being able to make precise folds in the square origami paper. We will focus on becoming skilled with the 24-step process of folding an origami crane, and how to string them singularly & collectively with bead embellishments. Through music & video, you will also learn how Sadako Sasaki inadvertently turned the origami crane into a universal symbol of peace.
