Description
Join The Curd Nerd in sampling a variety of cheeses from all over New York State! We’ll learn about dairy production and the awesome artisan cheesemakers in New York, while exploring the history of dairy and cheese in our home state. We will try an array of cheeses and discuss all of the intricacies behind them including pairing suggestions, cheesemaker history, and the style of the cheese. Class includes cheese samples and pairings as well as education. Note: The original date of 6/30 has be rescheduled to 7/7.
