The holidays, while joyful, can also be a stressful time. This class will allow us to get together and bring ourselves back to a relaxed, aware presence; thereby making our busy schedules less stressful. Sound healing can soothe our nervous system, focus our minds, settle our emotions and give us the ability to carry on in a stress-less way. Enjoy the sacred sounds of the Wind Gong, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, tuning forks and other instruments as we welcome in the holidays. Note: please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on.
