Tai Chi is the ancient practice that combines slow movement with deep breathing. Medical studies have shown that Tai Chi relieves pain and improves the quality of life for people living with arthritis, though participants do not need to have arthritis to participate. Benefits of Tai Chi for Arthritis include
1) increase strength, balance and posture
2) prevent falls
3) improve mind, body and spirit
4) reduce stress and increase relaxation

Voluntary contributions of any amount to the Office for Aging are welcome and used to expand services. No one will be denied services if unable or unwilling to contribute. Please make checks payable to Chief Fiscal Officer @ OOA. Thank you.
