Teilhard de Chardin, SJ, was one of the most influential Christian thinkers in the mid-20th century despite the suppression of his works throughout most of his lifetime. In the first session, we will watch an excellent video, which presents his life and an introduction to his ideas. The next two sessions will focus on his complex scientific and theological thought and his continuing quiet influence. Note: The first class will run until noon as we’ll be watching a 2-hour video.
