Join us for the 8th year of this course, a review of environmental issues of importance during 2023. Among the topics will be the impact on wetland protection of the key Supreme Court decisions redefining the “waters of the US,” drought impacts in the American West, the EPA’s new rules on power plant emissions, California’s diesel truck ban, and more. Events which may occur before the course date may impact the direction of the course, which will consist of two sessions.
