People who have narcissistic traits, or clinical Narcissistic Personality Disorder, are everywhere. It is likely that you will encounter and/or have a relationship with a narcissist, and all such relationships involve some form of abuse, hurt, and suffering. So it is important to identity these self-absorbed people to protect ourselves from them. This course includes information to help you understand: a) narcissists and their targets; b) dynamics of these relationships; c) diagnostic criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder; and d) how to protect yourself from narcissists.
