Pope Leo XIV challenges all to evaluate the benefits and dangers of this revolutionary dawning of the artificial intelligence era across the broad spectrum of modern life. These sessions will examine in critical detail the Encyclical, subtitled “On Safeguarding the Human Person in the Time of Artificial Intelligence,” and discuss its implications situated within general social justice teachings, including a critique of just war theory and an apology for the Church’s historic role with slavery.
