In this 2-session class we’ll discuss getting your home ready to sell and the importance of a home inspection.
What do potential sellers need to do in order to make their homes competitive in today’s market? We will discuss the legal aspects of home selling, and we will speak about how staging can help a home to sell. Real estate photographer Kristie Kimbrough will join us for the staging session.
A home inspection is usually the responsibility of the buyer, but we suggest that sellers get the inspection prior to listing their home in order to repair anything that might be problematic. Home inspector Ross Relyea will be joining us for this session.
