Explore a handful of basic Yoga poses in this informal workshop. Learn the origin of each pose as we touch on ancient Yogic mythology–the stories told long ago. Explore the nuances: the mind‐body awareness and typical challenges associated with each pose. Experience “doing” as Yvonne breaks down “how to,” while building from easy to more complex variations, and using Yoga props to experience how the poses can be more accessible. Level: Beginner/Intermediate. Note: This is a continuation of last session’s workshop and different poses will be explored. Please dress comfortably and bring a Yoga mat. Blocks & yoga ties will be available onsite–feel free to bring your own.
