Less than 10% of wildlife exhibitors in the US are accredited by the AZA (Association of Zoos & Aquariums) as meeting the highest standards of animal care and welfare. Watch conservation in action right here at our AZA Rosamond Gifford Zoo as we participate in efforts to protect some of the world’s most endangered species. Class will include an animal meet and greet plus admission into the zoo. Note: class meets at the zoo and will have time to explore the zoo after the hour-long lecture.
