Come ready to relieve tension and explore the stress in your life from a creative and innovative perspective. Learn how stress affects us physically, mentally, emotionally, and behaviorally. This class will integrate information on how to reduce and manage stress effectively, at work or home, using ‘stress breaking’ deep breathing, progressive relaxation, and creative activities. Participants will experience a nourishing and energizing environment where learning to cope with stress takes place in an atmosphere of play and creativity. No previous art experience is necessary.
