This is for you whether you haven’t smiled in months or your life is going great but you still feel like you want more joy. Together, we’ll use the daily prompt in the journal Everyday Joy: Stop living for the weekend and start loving your everyday life to retrain the golden retrievers of our minds to sniff out more happiness.
