Food Bank of Central New York is leading the effort to eliminate hunger in Upstate New York through community partnerships, education, advocacy, and distribution of nutritious food. During 2025 the Food Bank distributed more than 22 million pounds of food to over 500 regional partners in their 11-county service area. Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour at their main facility near the NYS Fairgrounds to see how they acquire, warehouse, and then distribute food. You will also learn about some of their innovative programs that help provide food to children, families, and seniors in the places where they live and work. Note: You will meet at the The Food Bank of Central New York located at 7066 Interstate Island Rd., Syracuse; free parking. Note: Tour limited to 15 people.
