Description

This class blends gentle aerobics, and tai chi to build strength, balance and coordination. Participants will learn mindful movements and specific exercises designed to prevent falls. We will use light weights, or cans or bottles to help tone muscles and improve posture. Move with ease, feel confident, and enjoy looking and feeling your best. Note: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. If doing the exercises seated, participants should use a sturdy chair, or if standing, a nearby table or wall for balance. You should not wear flip flops or use a folding chair.
