Description
This introductory session will highlight the first national park commissioned in the U.S., Yellowstone National Park, and lead to a future series highlighting the current issues, tourist highlights, and stewardship of our national park system. We’ll investigate the flora, fauna, geology, natural features and ecosystems, ecology, climate change, threatened and endangered species, invasive species, and human impact, as well as the best hiking, camping, and scenic points.
