Description
Join us for the 7th year of this course, a review of environmental issues of importance during 2022. Among the topics will be the Supreme Court’s decision impacting the regulation of CO2 emissions at coal-fired plants, the Clean Water Act’s 50th Anniversary, the drought in the American West, and its effect on water resources, ongoing climate change activities, and other topics. Events which may occur before the course date may impact the direction of the course, which will consist of two sessions.
