Description
For 135 years, Jack the Ripper has continued to fascinate us. So who was Jack the Ripper? How many Ripper murders were there? Whom did the police suspect? Was Jack a member of the royal family? Why wasn’t anyone charged with the murders? Was there a cover-up? We’ll discuss all this and more, including the Victorian police, the victims, and recently suggested suspects. Dr. Weiner is a criminologist who has served as a consultant to police agencies in England and the U.S. He has been a member of the faculty at Bramshill, the British police staff college, and has had access to the Ripper files.
