Urban legend, local folklore, origin stories, rumors based on half-remembered events–we all know a handful of these tales and have shared them sitting by a campfire or around a table at a local bar. CNY writer and Oasis instructor Linda Lowen shares the process of writing her second book, “Secret Syracuse: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful and Obscure,” and invites you to try your hand at writing your own secret stories. You’ll also learn how to submit your ideas for possible inclusion in the book, which will be published Fall 2023.
