This course will cover the basics of what should be considered when creating your legal documents. Emilee will give a thorough description of Will and Trusts and the differences between them, helping attendees better understand what they have in place or should consider. Also included in the presentation are explanations of Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy documents, and who should have them. Understanding the basics of probate will also be covered. This presentation will include examples of different planning scenarios and there will be time for Q&A.
