Disneyland has always been more than thrill rides and entertainment for young children. Take a stroll down Main Street, U.S.A., New Orleans Square, and other hidden corners with surprising shops of Disneyland’s dozen years (1955-1967). The shops of this era had more distinction than they have since because many were independent businesses, run by outside companies who leased space in Walt’s wonderland.
