Slow, intentional stretches and poses build strength, stability, and range of motion, soothing daily aches and pains. Leave class feeling refreshed, centered, and equipped with Yoga’s tools designed to bring ease into your everyday life. Note: This Wednesday class includes optional Chair Yoga instruction, making it accessible to everyone. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat.
